Online Queue: Man City Tickets

Am a ST holder, so don't usually have to worry about getting tickets, but have a couple of friends that want to come to the home game against Man City. I've just tried logging on to the online sales system and have been put in a queue and given a queue number.

 

Is that number how many people are in front of me in the queue, as it has not gone down in the last 5 minutes?

If I remember correctly (it's been a while since I've been in one of these queues) it's allocated in the order everyone arrives, but it doesn't change. You just get thrown on at some point

It takes a while, I was online at 0910 and actually got the tickets about 30-40 mins later.

Got mine now, about 30 mins after being put in the queue.

I just went on the OS, went to Tickets -> Buy Tickets -> My Account and was able to buy some.
