Injuries will take their toll eventually. We've had a good start, but it really isn't going to last as we don't have the depth.

 

We're 2 injuries away from Jos and Fox in the 11, that's enough for us to start losing lots of games.

 

I'm enjoying this as is everyone at the mo, but we're not really involved in any sort of title race - in fact I don't think the title race even starts till the new year. We're just having a really good start, just as WBA did last season.

S-Clarke spot on yet again. Most of us could see that with the threadbare depth of the squad, it only took the gruesome twosome of Fox and Jos to start, and we'd soon end up looking a similar side to the one which began last season. Throw in Gazza aswell, and you really are looking down the barrel

It's really odd to be honest. The posters who bounce it (Always the same posters as well), seem absolutely delighted to be laughing at their own fans and taking the **** out of their own fans. It was a bit far fetched to think we were having anything other than a good start, but who cares? Enjoy it whilst it lasts is how it should be.

 

Huh? I bounced it I barely post on here these days so I'm not really sure how the first line applies. As I said at the start of this topic injuries would screw us. I genuinely think our first choice 11 are capable of giving anyone in this league a good game and win but our back ups (Cork apart) aren't really up to it IMO. I was just interested to know if MLG still thinks we are one of the top seven sides in the league. I could understand people feeling that way early on but are people still feeling that now?
