9-3 Posted 9 November, 2013 Posted 9 November, 2013 Brilliant performance. Will she ever make a referee, I hope so.
kwsaint Posted 9 November, 2013 Posted 9 November, 2013 she can make my referee. I assume this has something to do with your penis
simondo Posted 9 November, 2013 Posted 9 November, 2013 Every time we've had her run the line, she's done a great job. Much better than some of the old men we've been subjected to...
bender Posted 9 November, 2013 Posted 9 November, 2013 Her pony tail was dangerously long. I definitely reckon women officials should wear a different outfit. Perhaps a black short skirt with an open polo shirt showing a bit of rack.
SuperMikey Posted 9 November, 2013 Posted 9 November, 2013 She did very well, the lino on the Itchen side however was a different matter...
SNSUN Posted 9 November, 2013 Posted 9 November, 2013 Keys and Gray would have a field day with this thread...
igsey Posted 9 November, 2013 Posted 9 November, 2013 The fact that she's female means that I notice her every game, and I've never seen her make a dodgy decision. Surely one of the best linos in the league?
Nigel=God-Poyet=Sod Posted 9 November, 2013 Posted 9 November, 2013 She had an average performance. Bit patronising to make a thread about it though. If she wasn't a woman, nobody would have even thought about it.
Barry the Badger Posted 9 November, 2013 Posted 9 November, 2013 I'm sure what she really wants is somebody to make a point of it every time she isn't awful.
Wade Garrett Posted 9 November, 2013 Posted 9 November, 2013 If she's that good at running the line, imagine how good she is at cooking and cleaning.
Matthew Le Tissier Posted 9 November, 2013 Posted 9 November, 2013 Does she have a separate changing room to the other officials? Of not I bet she gets roasted every week
John Boy Saint Posted 10 November, 2013 Posted 10 November, 2013 The one thing you can say about Sian Massey whenever she is running the line you can be assured that she is going to do a good job, and the fact that she has made it to being a Premier League line official deserves respect as that must have been a bloody hard journey. Her outstanding quality is that she keeps up with the game, unlike many of her wobble bellied colleagues.
paulwantsapint Posted 10 November, 2013 Posted 10 November, 2013 IMO she has to be on top form every game or otherwise she will get slated does anyone really know the names of other lineos
eurosaint Posted 10 November, 2013 Posted 10 November, 2013 I thought that the ref and his assistants were about the best we've seen this season ! Sure, you can dispute the odd offside etc. but compared to some of the dross that we have been subjected to, I think that they did very well !
rooney Posted 10 November, 2013 Posted 10 November, 2013 I rememebr Phil Dowd was ref when we drew with Newcastle 3-3 (when Sir Bobby was their Manager) at SMS a few years ago and he was superb that day as was the game.
DuncanRG Posted 10 November, 2013 Posted 10 November, 2013 Keys and Gray would have a field day with this thread... I think the misogynists on here are getting by without.
sotonist Posted 11 November, 2013 Posted 11 November, 2013 I think the misogynists on here are getting by without. i could have sworn this said sexist last time I looked. for the record i'm not being sexist or mysoginistic. if I was attracted to podgy balding men with poor eye sight they could make my referee as well. it just so happens i'd prefer sian to make it.
SaintBobby Posted 11 November, 2013 Posted 11 November, 2013 What do she do particularly well? I guess not noticing the officials is usually a good sign. But did she have any tough decisions to make?
bender Posted 11 November, 2013 Posted 11 November, 2013 If she's that good at running the line, imagine how good she is at cooking and cleaning. Big laughs
Delboy Dave Posted 11 November, 2013 Posted 11 November, 2013 She got the Jrod corner/goal kick decision wrong near the end of the game when Jay was thru on goal
