Glasgow_Saint Posted 3 November, 2013 Share Posted 3 November, 2013 JRod launching into another Scissor Kick was also an Ole moment - although this time the Defender stopped the ball reaching him. He's gonna get one of those pretty damned soon Was that jrod or morgan?
Window Cleaner Posted 3 November, 2013 Share Posted 3 November, 2013 Was that jrod or morgan? both attempted scissors kicks, neither of them particularly successful though.

St_Tel49 Posted 3 November, 2013 Share Posted 3 November, 2013 You know that, many others do too. BUT, MP brought him on .... WHY ?? It may be obvious to us that he's less than effective, butis it obvious to Pochettino ? I don't think it is Looks like he HAS to play Cortese's £12M waste of space Do people still believe that bilge. rpb Posted 3 November, 2013 Share Posted 3 November, 2013 Our goal was great! I love Saints. A goal scored by Rodriguez and made by great interplay from Clyne, Lallana and Ward-Prowse - they could do that for England!
Mystic Force Posted 4 November, 2013 Share Posted 4 November, 2013 When Gaston came on he didn't seem to adopt the same position as what he replaced and didn't press like the others which is what seemed to allow them to come on. I almost feel like Gaston was given the chance to prove he could make the difference but instead of increasing our attacking options diminished it. He was given the chance to prove his worth to us, but didn't. I don't think he will figure much now as he let down the boss.

Saints67 Posted 4 November, 2013 Share Posted 4 November, 2013 One highlight for me (after J-Rods goal) was Victors drag back and spin (is there a name for that?) Lowlight (after their goal) was Adams backheel in our penalty area

SaintBobby Posted 4 November, 2013 Share Posted 4 November, 2013 Even I'm beginning to despair of Ramirez. Maybe we need even more patience as he adapts to our style of play, but the trajectory isn't promising. On the upside, Ward-Prowse is starting to look the real deal, Lallana is having a great season and Wanyama and Lovren look like really great signings. To be fair, Lallana crossed Lovren at Anfield.
