Saint in Paradise Posted 28 October, 2013 Share Posted 28 October, 2013 Very lucky in my opinion to escape prison. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-tyne-24716257 I don't understand the following bit though as I was under the impression that if you don't have a licence you can't get insurance ? Surely he must realise he was guilty of that yet:- "He pleaded not guilty to a charge of driving with no insurance and that will be dealt with at a magistrates court." No evidence was offered on a charge of making a false statement to obtain insurance, and a verdict of not guilty was given."

Window Cleaner Posted 29 October, 2013 Share Posted 29 October, 2013 6 points on a licence he doesn't in fact have, what is the point of that really ? Unless of course he's passed his test since then and got a real licence.
