Haven't been to an away game this season yet ,- do people think they will get to season tickets with no games under their belt?

Why does last season count for nothing?

They were working on the basis of last season to get tickets for the first few matches of this season, I suppose there was always going to be a cut off point though.

If they included last season in the criteria for Arsenal it would make it even more of a ball-ache to get a ticket as everyone would be queuing for one... some people queued for hours last season for Arsenal tickets and didn't get one, at least this season if you are going to miss out you won't have to queue/get up very early.

I doubt it'll get to STH with no games, I have 1 game and think it will be tough to get one. :(

Oh good. Lots of people who haven't been to any away games getting tickets ahead of people who have.

Exactly - I have no complaint if don't get ticket as those that made treks to the others should get first shout. Not give away to others which is in effect queue jumping which us British just will not tolerate.

Same here, desperate to go to the emirates. So if two spare numbers are free I'd a appreciate my name in the hat !

If it's just the Emirates you are desperate to see then simply buy a ticket for a champions league or league cup game. Dont take the ticket of those that what to go there to support Saints.

Yeah I had the same type of problem. I phoned customer services and the only Games that could towards this are

West Brom

Norwich

Liverpool

United

3 from those 4 games, Barnsley, Sunderland & Stoke don't count as Barnsley didn't sell out and the others haven't been played yet.

It says on site that Barnsley does count...

Seems to be working ok now.

Got another question though. My ticket has already been bought for me, but I want to go back in and buy tickets on behalf of someone else that is linked to my account. However for the Arsenal game I get the message "Restrictions Apply". Does this mean that because I have already has an Arsenal ticket bought for me, I cannot buy on behalf of anyone else for this game using their details linked to my account?

Think so. Might be worth giving the club a call, there are still a few things that dont make sense on the ticketing website.

Correct. In every transaction for away tickets, you must be buying one for yourself.

I can see the logic in that, to be fair, as it leaves the system (even more) open to abuse. I've bought mine already, but if I could then log on later and use somebody else's customer number to buy tickets for a (non-eligible) friend, that would be ridiculous, although clearly that scenario already exists when you're buying for yourself anyway.

The system should really send an automated email to everyone whose customer number is used in a purchase to inform them, and that if it's been done incorrectly/fraudulently/whatever then they can tell the club immediately and get it stopped.

is there a minimum / maximum allocation for Arsenal? if there was an option for more tickets i'd assume we've taken them, seems like every single saints fan i know wants to go to this one.

Yep! And why wouldn't they. One of the cheapest away days of the season, we're flying and it's a London game. We could probably sell 10k at those prices.

Maximum is 3,000 - at those prices I'd be amazed if we didn't take the full allocation. Sold it out in quick time last season, no reason to expect any different this year.

Should of said 'desperate to see saints at the emirates'. Of course I'd only go to support my team, its just one of the grounds I've never seen us play.

Bloke at the ticket office said we have taken the full allocation when I was down there yesterday.

I will be visiting from Australia and that weekend is the only Saints game while we are there - of course if it does not get to general sale I have no chance - can anyone PLLEEAASSSEEEE help me with 3 adult and 1 child tickets? Would be very grateful. Cheers
You're better off spending your energies on sourcing some decent seats in the home end.

I'm sure it is, but try Viagogo etc.

None on Viagogo but all these other ripoff sites asking 150-200 quid a ticket in Arsenal end - no thanks. Also amazes me that supposed true Saints fans (have to be season ticket holders), buy 25 quid tickets in the away end, then flog them to non Saints fans on these sites for 4 or 5 times the price!
