If, at the Club’s discretion, a matchday duplicate ticket is issued to the holder, a charge will be payable by the holder for the sum of £5.00 which is non-refundable. 1.12 If, in the Club’s opinion, a Seasoncard is entirely lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, a replacement Seasoncard shall be issued by the Club as soon as reasonably practicable, subject to a non-refundable replacement fee of £25.00. They said that if I wanted to report it as lost/stolen to the police and could get a crime number, then they wouldn't charge me. I couldn't be ar$ed with that - so just paid the £25.

Any person who is knowingly trying to get entry to the game using a ticket he or she knows is not valid for them to use is stealing from the club. There is a reason cheap tickets are cheap. They come with restrictions.

My seats are the most expensive in the ground so this would not apply in my case.

They come with restrictions. Hilarious. I routinely use season tickets of mates when they can't make the game and the ticket would go unused. Have done for years and will continue to do so.
