Roy Hodgson in race row?!

So no more comparisons with the organ grinder and the monkey. (not sure if being compared to an organ grinder is not worse than being compared to the monkey?).

I'm not sure you need to go that far. I'll pass it over to the Association of White Lawyers for their opinion.

However a campaign group has sent a formal complaint to the Football Association in which it calls for an independent investigation into the issue.

In the four-page complaint, Race for Sport, an off-shoot of the Society for Black Lawyers, says the decision to consider the matter closed is "unacceptable". It also demands "cultural intelligence" training for Hodgson and all football managers.

FFS! Seriously?

That lot did something equally mental and blatantly attention seeking a few months back. Can't remember the details but someone here will I'm sure. Clearly a few quid to be made from the Racism Industry.

Professional "Surrogate Offendee". It's one of the few lucrative career opportunities left now the bankers have tightened up. Some of our newer "Metropolitan Universities" are going to be offering degree courses starting next year.

Is this what you were thinking about?

Yes, that did strike me as odd. I was also drawn back to the words of Neil Warnock on the Talksport breakfast show (yes, yes...) who said that comments of this sort would generally come from someone who felt threatened, insecure.... not as valued as maybe they once were. I had wondered if it could have been Defoe, yet he has never been a key player. Lampard fits the bill.

Just sack Roy and be done with it, that way we go to Brazil with no one in charge because no one will want to take up the poison chalice, and the press get their teeth into the only subject matter they can't be brought to task over.

Ah well the fact that every one of us are related to monkeys seems to have gotten lost along the way.

in addition strange how Ginger haired people openly get the mick taken out of them, and everyone laughs, but no bugger stands up and creates a furore regarding discrimination on their behalf??!!

The Society of Ginger Lawyers is still in it's infancy, but their time will come!!

Surely The Society of Black Lawyers (alongside other groupings such as MOBO) are blatantly Racist in excluding other races, or is it just a one way street when matters like this are concerned?
