No, there's an international break in November.

There is no game on 16 November, and there is talk of friendlies against Germany and Australia then , so probably another interntional break will accommodate the play offs.

Same as there is every time qualifying playoffs occur. Of course they wouldn't have them clash with European domestic leagues, not sure why anyone would think they would.
