You do realise that she reads this thread?

 

She could do easily enough. All she'd need to do is get IT to check his internezzzz use and see that he has looked on this thread, it'd be pretty easy to work out who he was and he's a goner, either for abuse off the Innnernezzzz policy or slagging the company off on a mongboard, gross misconduct mush.

what is a KPI?

 

Key Performance Indicator.

 

In this case most likely to be volume of calls made / answered, how long spent on the phone, how many inquiries converted to sales.

 

Targets are set and need to be met. I'm not sure 'chatting with the fella behind you' counts as a target, therefore I can see why Bowers's boss doesn't like him....
