Im only really interested in Saints.

St John played for Motherwell and Liverpool. Decent player and brought the arrival of Liverpool's dominance of the league and European competitions. Scored around 200 career goals and also managed Portsmouth in the late seventies.

Norman St. John-Stevas, Baron St. John of Fawsley. He was definitely a Saint. The record is a bit vague on whether he actually played the game professionally, but he was a firm left-footer, and did lecture at Southampton University for a while.
