IE10 problem help needed please

Hi all

I've got windows 7 and the latest version of IE10 running , every now and then a web page will hang/freeze ( it isn't any specific page just happens randomly) and I have no way of escaping the page other than powering the laptop off by holding down the power button , so basically is there a way of getting out of this issue without powering it off ?

Close it down in the Task Manager?

Can't do that it's properly stuck can't use mouse pointer or owt it just gets stuck

Sounds like it could be caused by JavaScript.

 

If it happens again, try leaving it (a few minutes) to see if it sorts itself out.

 

If that works, that particular page should load ok again in the future without the wait.
