Saint George Posted 11 December, 2008 Share Posted 11 December, 2008 Didn't realise you'd be so happy about an Vietnamese immigrant becoming a congressman. Seems to conflict with all of your other views, ever. Thats because you've allowed you're self to be influenced by some of the hysterical rantings of some of your leftie friends on here...The're on call to scream things like 'racist' and 'neo con' as soon as you push their buttons.....Not very impressive for someone who's apparently connected with politics...... You wont find anything anywhere, despite the white sheet jokes and other hytsterical b*llocks where I've expressed any kind of racist or blanket anti immigrant views....Realist yes...and some things just need to be called for exactly what they are As it happens i voted for Cao (the Vietnamese immigrant) Interestingly the alterative was to vote for the currupt Democrat (socialist, to quote one of the lefties on here) Black guy, who just happened to have $90,000 in marked notes stuffed in his freezer when the FBI came knocking...and he and his socialist family are facing countless Federal charges of curruption....I guess thats one way of spreading the wealth around I also voted for Bobby Jindal for State Govenor a son of an Indian immigrant....Far better option than the departed leftie 'Blanco' who along with the other leftie 'School Bus Nagin' were totally lacking in any kind of Hurricane preparedness plans and totally screwed up the aftermath of Katrina....Both of them were sitting in their holes crying with leftie compassion instead doing something to 'manage' the situation. There's a huge difference between the hard working immigrants, who have come 'here' to work, who love the Country and want to follow the "American dream", and the welfare spongers and economic immigrants that Britain is suffering from. Many of them who have congregated in communities that hate the country and its traditional values with a passion

Saint George Posted 11 December, 2008 Share Posted 11 December, 2008 So what happened to your prediction that Obama would be ineligible as President on the Hawaii inquiry George? Didn't exactly come to fruition did it? Just another few fruitcakes with the same views as you. Who said it hasnt ?......Just because the left wing media is not reporting it doesn't mean nothings happening So far there are over 20 filed High Court cases some State and some Federal......3 of them have made the 'Supreme Court' and there are more on the way..... To date, 3 cases have been dismissed in High Court, 2 State and 1 Federal....Not because they found in the defendant's (Obama) favor.....But because they found the plaintiff lacked standing...ie have not suffered any damage (yet) 1 case has so far has been reviewed by Supreme Court conference and needed 4 out of 9 Judges to agree to hear the case but that went no further.... They're due to conference on a further case tomorrow (12 dec).....and there's another sat in the wings awaiting consideration There are 'two' completely separate issues being challenged at the moment....The first, is even taking the facts as Obama has presented them. Several Constitutional lawyers, (both Republican and Democrat)feel the fact that Obama was a dual British/American citizen from Birth to the age of 14 excludes him under the Constitution to be President of the United States.....As it stood in 1790 he would have been ok, but the wording was changed in 1795 and hasn't been amended since, even during the huge general amendments after the civil rights act The second, is the fact that Obama's mother was in Mombassa very shortly before his birth and some people are certain that she couldn't get a flight back to Hawaii due to here being so heavily pregnant and had here baby in Mombassa and flew back to Hawaii a few days after In Hawaii at that time, and up until the early 70's the Birth's department would accept nothing more than a affidavit from one parent to say the child was born in Hawaii to make the registration as a Hawaii born child. This would allow a 'short form' Birth certificate to be issued and the 'long form' vault copy would record the fact it was issued based on a affidavit....Babies born in Hawaii however, will have the hospital and doctors name recorded on the vault certificate. To date not only has no one seen his original 'long form' vault copy birth certificate, but neither of the two hospitals in Hawaii he was supposed to have been born in, has any record of his birth ... If indeed he was born in Mombassa as a lot evidence would suggest then not only is he not a "Natural born citizen" as required under the constitution but he would also be an ilegal alien as his only American parents was to young to pass on citizenship If you're thinking its too late to do anything about it now then you'd be wrong....despite what the press say, he's not even 'President elect' yet......Americans dont get to vote directly for the president, only electoral collage members who will be voting next week and they can legally nominate who the hell they like for president.. What ever happens next week, this wont go away until 'Chairman O' produces his original vault copy of his birth certificate....The lack of standing will no longer be a reason to pursue court cases after his election as every citizen will have standing as soon he signs his first Bill....Then watch the law suits fly To some, the Costitution and Bill of Rights are way more important than petty politics... TopGun Posted 11 December, 2008 Share Posted 11 December, 2008 (edited) i wonder if you said the same when they re-elected bush...!!!! Well, I obviously wouldn't have said that after Bush's victories at the polls although it's fair to say that if I were a US citizen in 2000 or 2004 I would have voted for the Dems. C'mon TDD, give me some credit at arguing a rational case! And if you want to raise the Florida 2000 issue, then yes, I believe the election was flawed, but ultimately I, along with the vast majority of others and the various US courts, accepted the final ruling. That was a situation that had far more potential to cause a constitutional crisis than anything George bangs on about infinitum. JohnnyFartPants Posted 12 December, 2008 Share Posted 12 December, 2008 12k a month for rent? Are you sure that isn't 12k a year? I am currently renting out a 5 bed house and if I let the DSS put people in there I could get up to £950 a month which is roughly 12k a year. To get a house of that size they would need to be about eight of them I suppose.

The council concerned did some sort of survey and then announced to the landlords how much they COULD charge per month. The landlord then put the rent up to £12k! Saint George Posted 13 December, 2008 Share Posted 13 December, 2008 To be fair the only reason people are bothering about that whole malarkey, the only reason you and others only have a problem with Obama being president is because he's black. See?....There ya go, proving my point....Why cant you accept the fact that people can have views that arnt based on race?...I get the feeling that you and one or two other lefties like you, are guilt ridden 'closet' racist's yourselves, who just cant entertain the fact that other people don't have similar thoughts.....Nothing else to me can explain how the hell you can keep screaming racist at every opportunity you get.... For the record the first case to get to the Supreme Court cited both Obama and McCain, as being ineligible as McCain was born in Panama One other high profile case going through the Court system right now has been has been bought by 'Alan Lee Keyes', Who........"filed a lawsuit on November 14, 2008 against the California Secretary of State, President-elect Barack Obama, Vice President elect Joe Biden, and California's 55 Democratic electors[91][92], seeking to challenge Obama's eligibility for the US Presidency. The suit requests that Obama provide documentation that he is a natural born citizen of the United States.[93][94] In addition to his California state court lawsuit, Keyes is also a party to a federal lawsuit on this same issue." Now go put 'Alan Keyes' name in 'google image' and after you got over feeling so dumb and stupid you can come back and apologize...Thats if you have it in you, which i doubt

Every single argument you have ever put forwards here is simply, fundamentally flawed, massively assumptive, reasoned in the most basic, and base, manners imaginable. I know all about the case, I know who Alan keyes is already (a f*cking weirdo, an extreme right crazed extremist christian, anti gay, anti abortion, says jesus wouldn't vote for obama.. the man's a petty idiot) - he ran against Obama for senate in Illinois, Obama beat him, it's sour grapes. I never said that he was racist, his motivation is simply personal. If YOU look into Keyes enough yourself, you'd find that the man is a clown, a stooge. It's worrying that he's held any position of government at all. Had I said the case was racist, I would have apologised. However, I just said that you dislike Obama because he is black, and I stand by that. You've shown your true colours (erm, white is right) more than enough. The case was mainly supported by fundamentalist christians, gun-toting rednecks and out and out racists. A poor rearguard action born of sour grapes, supported because some bitter people don't want something about Obama - whether that's because he's liberal, black, less gung-ho than neo-con idiots, supposedly (retards) muslim, etc etc. "..after you got over feeling so dumb and stupid you can come back and apologize...Thats if you have it in you, which i doubt"
