Turkish Posted 14 September, 2013 Share Posted 14 September, 2013 (edited) Do you think? I don't. Tandari has 11 caps so think it shows he is more than just someone to run around. Can't remember if you go to games but I can think of several times last season when energy and speed off the bench could have helped. Often those players change games. Yes I went to every home game last season and a number of aways, I can't think of a single game where Tanadari Lee would have made a difference and the managers seemed to agree with me as neither of them picked him. Of course you may know better than them. Edited 14 September, 2013 by Turkish
saintbletch Posted 16 September, 2013 Share Posted 16 September, 2013 Now I know how Roy Jones Jnr felt, in his prime invincible but now a couple of haymakers from journeymen are threateningg to ruining the legend. Although the battle of pasty thread was a resounding win for me, I got more bites than John boys pasty. Hmm. That's not how I scored the bout Turkish. You were earnestly arguing with John Boy Saint and he fed you your last mboard supper. Despite being several weight classes below you, John Boy Saint ruined your "..and 'o'." record. I know you're not a troll which is why I read everything you write on here (and I'm a big fan!), and accept it literally. Boy, do you have a downer on the Daily Mail! I read the other day that you hadn't trolled in months, so I 'know' that your views on the "battle of pasty" thread were heartfelt. And if I'm a judge, John Boy Saint debated your head in. But, I accept that you felt you won the contest, so I'm going to review John Boy Saint's "Thriller for his Dinner" thread again, and will score it afresh. ON the "thriller for his dinner" thread i chose a different tactic which is why you might be scoring it different. I usually like to go on the front foot and batter the opponent into submission, on this occasion i was "floating like a butterfly" and letting John Boy unleash windmill and windmill, i'd duck out the way and my distance offering the occasional counter but in the main went for a points victory. I am withour doubt the best pound for pound poster on here and arguably the greatest of all time.

Of course you may know better than them. Just a thought but maybe that was because (a) he was injured (jet ski accident) and then (b) he went out on loan to try to regain match fitness. Difficult for MP to have selected him as such, though it is feasible that he could have stopped the loan, possible but unlikely. Adkins clearly rated him prior to his first injury. It looks therefore like the managers didn't agree with you.

It looks therefore like the managers didn't agree with you. He was fit enough to play against Leeds in the league cup and Chelsea in the FA Cup as well as a number of U21 games. I can see where you're coming from though, obviously if a manager doesn't pick a player and loans him out then he rates him and despite his glorrious return to favour didnt feature in the 18 yesterday either, it makes perfect sense. Essruu Posted 16 September, 2013 Share Posted 16 September, 2013 Slight toe injury, but he can weight-bear on it. It should heal fairly quickly and not be a problem.
