ladysaint Posted 4 September, 2013 Share Posted 4 September, 2013 Sorry if this is on the wrong forum but can someone help me with a problem I have with the OS. I cant seem to get into my account online to enable me to buy any tickets, when I go to the ticket option I get highlighted six options which are Home, Match Tickets, The Stadium, FAQ, The Club, Contact Us and My account. I can only open FAQ and Contact Us I dont get the option to open the other tabs i.e. the pointing finger doesnt appear. I have called the club and they could access my account and book tickets. I have tried on two or three PC's and have the same problem. I have cleared all my browsing history and still no joy, not sure who to contact or what to do next. Thanks. Give it to Ron Posted 4 September, 2013 Share Posted 4 September, 2013 Have you tried different browsers? I know you said 3-4 different PC's but have you tried in IE, Firefox and Chrome? What firewall are you using....had similar with AVG a few years ago scrub that different PC's!
kpturner Posted 4 September, 2013 Share Posted 4 September, 2013 The mouse behaves differently depending on which option you wave it over. "HOME" is a link, which his why it changes to a pointing hand. "MATCH TICKETS" is a menu header, so it doesn't change to a pointing hand. Instead, a sub-menu (should) appear below it with two options - "BUY NOW" and "TERMS AND CONDITIONS". If those appear, carefully move your mouse down to "BUY NOW" and click. If you inadvertently move your mouse to the wrong place the sub-menu will disappear. It is not very user friendly really, but as long as your browser supports JavaScript (all the major ones do) then the above should work.

ladysaint Posted 4 September, 2013 Author Share Posted 4 September, 2013 Thanks for the advice. But still no joy but I think it is my work PC and something to do with spyware. I will try again tomorrow on a another PC as only have IPad and know that I can't buy online tickets from Saints using this, not sure why though. It's to do with JavaScript, or lack of it on Apple thingies.
kpturner Posted 8 September, 2013 Share Posted 8 September, 2013 It's to do with JavaScript, or lack of it on Apple thingies.JavaScript runs well on Apple thingies (Safari) The problem is that the website has not been optimised for tablets/mobile devices, so it is trickier than it should be.
