Not606

Hi!

 

Just a quick thread regarding Not606 and it being down all day. I know a couple of people post on both sites and was wondering if anyone knew why it was down. A scheduled maintenance? The site being overran? Virus?

not606 have banned me for life and I haven't submitted a single post there. Someone ripped off my Poch vs Nige image without bothering to host it. I re-uploaded a defaced version of the same image, indicating that not606 were a bunch of thieving basts, and got my lifelong ban.

 

Down? They should already be out with the way they choose to run their site.

Not606 and this both use the exact same format in regards to the layout if the site. I was introduced to that forum so stuck with it, I've had no trouble regarding being banned or cautioned, all I know is that some people post in both and not606 is down at the moment.

Its a big clique. I got banned for taking the **** out of their skate mate and his love of chick football. Mods are also billy bullshiners, told other posters that id had numerous warnings, when in fact all I was warned about was posting on the skate section. What sort of saints website bans skate baiting?

You should, I think there would be some serious entertainment value in you doing so. On this forum people are starting to 'get' your WUM/B.S. thread starting and sarcasm, but it'll be brand new to Not606 and watching the reaction could be fun Do it!

One of the problems I have with Glasgow Saint is that I never happen to know whether he is taking the p!ss or not.

 

I'm not. Barry Sanchez is an excellent poster. I've certainly had my run-ins with the lad, but I'll not let this opportunity pass without comment. We used to have a poster here called "dune". I did not agree with his opinions, but I did appreciate what dune brought to the site, enough provocative prose to prompt others into a response. After dune's Helena Bonham Carter inspired demise (is there any other sort? ) it's nice to know that we've got Barry Sanchez, who performs a largely similar function.

 

Anyway, I agree with your post. Anyone who bans posters without posting is an Internet m!ngebag.

All I did was suggest Graham Rix would make a good coach for the skate ladies team and I got banned from the skate section. They really were easy to wind up particularly this Norwegian skate (**** me, he must really have had a fishy smell).

 

Could be a.half decent site, with some banter with other sides. But its a massive clique with the mods thinking they're johnny concrete.
