Ticket Office

went to get 4 tickets for Liverpool this morning because we all have done the games required, however, was told two of us hadn't been to enough away games, well considering we all go together, and got the ones for West Brom without any problems someone's made a balls up!!!! but the computer says NO!!!! anyone else had similar problems apart from the other guy in the queue at the same time that is

Tried to get tiks online this morning but couldn't as it still said 'restrictions apply' I rang the 0845 tik office number and they sold them to me over the phone. Although I'm guessing if they don't have it on the database at the tik office you probably won't be able to get them over the phone. Worth a try though

Had the same problem. Was eligible to buy on Tuesday as had been to 6 games but couldn't. Spent all day emailing ticket office getting nowhere. Tried this morning as both my husband and I were now eligible -5 and 6 games respectively but only I was able to buy. Eventually bought them over the phone and was told there were problems. But it was ok for west brom

I've never had an issue like this with the ticket office that I haven't been able to sort out with them, with a bit of patience and being able to talk to people.

 

I always wonder why other people seem unable to do the same.

 

The question is why does the club have a system which requires people to have to do that ?

No system is perfect, the issues are proportionally pretty small, it's just they are often well publicised. Perhaps everybody who got their tickets without hassle should start a thread too.

 

The real test is how well an issue is dealt with, in this case it seems not very well but in general I've always found them to be pretty good at sorting out glitches if you are reasonable with them.
