Turkish Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 Welbeck having a mare. Utterly useless! Sent from my TouchPad using Tapatalk 4 Welbeck is ****. How he gets picked is a mystery (OK - Man U connection). RL is a lot more effective than him, even through my rose tinted glasses. How **** is danny welbeck, statement not a question. Welbeck really is pretty average. Lucky he plays for Man U I guess. Sad indictment of England is that this useless chump will get 50 caps. Oh aye well in SRL !!
CB Fry Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 Anyone got any views on the look on Hodgson's face after Lambert scored? Some forum geniuses managed to weave an entire "Roy hates Lambert" back story out of five seconds of TV footage last time.
hypochondriac Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 lets be honest lambert has been excellent lol at those dropping him for west ham you can see why poch wants ossie and rickie up front He has been brilliant.
alpine_saint Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 lol. Anders scores against the Paddies.
angelman Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 Teddy Sheringham had no pace but a good brain. RL is the same sort of player.
Turkish Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 lets be honest lambert has been excellent lol at those dropping him for west ham you can see why poch wants ossie and rickie up front He has been quality. Scored one, set up two, his hold up play and bringing others into the game has been superb.
dubai_phil Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 Holy sh1t he's taking the p1ss now worldy passes & flicks 2 goals 2 assists could have had a 3rd assist
CB Fry Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 He has been brilliant. That he has. Like he was born into playing for England. Brilliant.
SNSUN Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 I'd love for England to get a penalty. Just to see who takes it like.

He looks worried, I can see him rehearsing his 'why I dropped lambert' speech
Saintandy666 Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 It's been a really good game for him, but we are playing Moldova, whom with the greatest respect have nowhere near the quality of the England team. Tougher tests ahead for Lambert in his England career.
Convict Colony Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 He is still ****, i don't react to short term form, I base it on the previous form over the last year he has been gash. If you would like Welbeck in your fantasy team by all means crack on.

Tougher tests ahead for Lambert in his England career. Fascinating insight as usual young Andy. However he has scored one and set up two of to four goals, you can't really ask for much more.

Convict Colony Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 I only posted once, the forum agreed with me and reposted :-)

BotleySaint Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 Fair play Welbeck. Good finish for the second goal. But he does do some really awful things for a professional footballer. Sent from my TouchPad using Tapatalk 4
Unbelievable Jeff Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 Welbeck is a weird one. I don't rate him, but for England he is definitely effective.
SNSUN Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 Been quiet for a few minutes now... Come on Rickie, do something! ;-)
Secret Site Agent Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 Anyone got any views on the look on Hodgson's face after Lambert scored? Some forum geniuses managed to weave an entire "Roy hates Lambert" back story out of five seconds of TV footage last time. I was one of those
SOTONS EAST SIDE Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 Been quiet for a few minutes now... Come on Rickie, do something! ;-) Cant do much from the subs bench!!! lol

Tougher tests ahead for Lambert in his England career. Very true and there are tougher tests in the Prem from which Lambert has hardly come out with flying colors of late.
Turkish Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 Very true and there are tougher tests in the Prem from which Lambert has hardly come out with flying colors of late. True, he really struggled against Vidic last season.
BotleySaint Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 Usually players are worse for England than their club side. Lambert may be the opposite :-) Sent from my TouchPad using Tapatalk 4
Saint_clark Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 Usually players are worse for England than their club side. Lambert may be the opposite :-) Sent from my TouchPad using Tapatalk 4 Chris Baird was another example of this.
SNSUN Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 Lambert about to be subbed, important for Tuesday's game apparently... MOTM?
Georgie Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 Lambert about to be subbed, important for Tuesday's game apparently... MOTM? Shame if he had stayed he could of got motm. He won't now unfortunately
dubai_phil Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 Agree with that. Woy needs to keep Rickie fresh for Tuesday
Saint_clark Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 Shame if he had stayed he could of got motm. He won't now unfortunately Will be Welbeck purely because of the 2 goals, annoying.
BotleySaint Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 Shame if he had stayed he could of got motm. He won't now unfortunately Well its still highly likely I'd say even though he's off. He's been instrumental.
CB Fry Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 Subbed. Clear proof that everyone in the England set up hates Rickie Lambert doing well.
RonManager Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 That walker is dog shiete. Agreed. Poor tonight.
The Kraken Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 Will be Welbeck purely because of the 2 goals, annoying. If Lambert had instead scored the 2 and then not got MOTM, would you be equally annoyed? FWIW I think Townsend will give it to RL anyway.
Georgie Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 Time to change the channel, this game will be boring now
Lord Duckhunter Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 Will be Welbeck purely because of the 2 goals, annoying. To be fair, had Lambert got 2 and not got motm this place would be in meltdown
BotleySaint Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 Time to change the channel, this game will be boring now So true :-) Sent from my TouchPad using Tapatalk 4
SNSUN Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 Subbed for Milner?!? The ":mcinnes:" was for the fact it was Milner, not the fact Rickie got subbed BTW. (I don't dislike Milner, it just either shows how bare bones England is up front or Woy is a bottler who is defending a 4-0 lead in case we blow it.)
shurlock Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 True, he really struggled against Vidic last season. Let's just hope he does better against James Collins this time around.
Secret Site Agent Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 Well done Rickie, proving them wrong and Woy right again. He has a role now, i think, and that can't be denied. 2 caps, 2 goals and 2 assists. And no mention of the beetroot factory either.
The Kraken Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 Subbed. Clear proof that everyone in the England set up hates Rickie Lambert doing well. Indeed. Just you wait, Jermaine Defoe will start against Ukraine now. Woy only hopes Rickie will fail.
Turkish Posted 6 September, 2013 Posted 6 September, 2013 Subbed. Clear proof that everyone in the England set up hates Rickie Lambert doing well. His lack of stamina at this level and failures to last 90 minutes are the reason why he won't get picked again.
