Any thoughts?

We shouldnt have brought Osvaldo. With that money we could have amazing pasties (which is one of the main reason many go to the game) and a programme with even more adverts and stunningly obvious articles

The voices in my head have advised me not to comment.

My heads in the Lions mouth already tonight: so cobblers to it.............. Too big! Perfect for sitting in the padded seats in the Itchen but crap for everyone else especially those of us who use to eat the splendid Pasties they use to sell at St Mary's!!

Too big, poor quality, badly edited content (check out the dates of birth for some of our players who seem to have been born the same day as Kelvin, as my nipper noticed). One of several things that I found disappointing about the "match day experience". Seeing lots of stripes about the city and realising they were Mackems. The new shirt is tacky, if I wanted to support Bristol City or Arsenal I would.

A rather bizarre bit in the Programme entitled "Catching up with Jos Hooiveld" on a page facing the Junior Saints section.

Jos answers some rather inert questions, the last one asks: Would you prefer to fight a Duck Sized Horse or a Horse Sized Duck?? His reply "Duck Sized Horse, can't kick me in the nuts".

A nice glossy souvenir that might be appropriate for a special event (which might of course sit comfortably in the corporate boxes) but totally impractical as a matchday programme for the rest of us.

Actually really impressed. You can feel the quality that the club are trying to deliver on every level. Looks like a prospectus. Really professional.

I have no thoughts about the programme because I won't spend my cash on such tripe that has been well outdated by social media.

But there will be those who always buy one because that's what they do: their thoughts would be of most interest.

I agree with Johnboy that it would probably go down well with occasionals in corporate, but for us regulars I wonder how many actually buy one.

I tried, but they'd sold out before kick-off both outside Itchen North and the concourse inside.

Two of the guys I was with (who never buy programmes) liked the look of the new one so much that they too would have bought copies had they been available.
