Have to say as an anti-Lowe, that I almost enjoyed reading Part 3. I was particularly impressed with "we'll do whatever is correct for the long term benefit of the SUPPORTERS, the next generation of player and the shareholders." I am pleasantly surprised to see RL admitting to doing things for the benefit of supporters (first) and shareholders last. I suspect a ghost writer has been employed

 

There is also a hint in the piece that we are not in the truly awful financial mess that we have been lead to believe until now, though he is clearly leaving the way open for a few departures in January.

 

Well done Lowe, I will grudgingly accept that this is better than I dared hope.

 

Now, if only you could see your way to getting us a proper manager for our talented, inepxerienced English players...

Because of Lowes policies, 5K fewer people are coming through the turnstiles than last season.

Thus RL needs to sell are best players, thus we will win fewer games, thus we will be relegated, thus fewer people will come through the turnstiles thus RL will have to sell more players, thus we'll win less games etc etc etc etc.....

i agree i do not think he had much choice after last seasons mismangement with finances by dulieu and company but at least he has a plan and hopefully we will get a real investor in when they can see we are not loseing money hand over fist.

how many hounded lowe to get us a sugar daddy before we got relegated...infact, saints fans (so so many) prided themselves in the fact we were an example to the likes of charlton, bolton etc on hw to do it "the right way"

But DD the point i was trying to make was while we were in the Premiership,we wouldve been seen as a much better option with all of the Sky money etc,than we are now.

When we were in the top flight,investment although welcomed if it had been offered,was not needed as much as it is now.

The fact that Lowe presided over our demise,then now claims to be a great businessman,is nether here or there.
