The seller's had a cold drink and he's 'avin a giraffe.

They usually go for £25 give or take.

Strangely enough, I was talking to a badge seller near the ground at our away game with Carlisle back along, and this badge came up in conversation. I mentioned I had been on the lookout for one, and loe and behold he pulled one out of his pocket and sold it to me there and then.

Some of these regular sellers that are more like shops on eBay will jack the price of an item just to keep their listing count up and which counts towards their better position higher up the search order is maintained. Someone I know does a bit of this trading and he explained it along the lines above, when I questioned in conversation that Heston blokes Waitrose Christmas Pudding with a Crystalised Orange inside being on eBay for £200 yet most of the others were on at £15-£20.

I think that is an amazing badge. Best I have seen. If we modernised just a touch and got rid of the "supporters" bit and replaced with 1885 or something that would be a huge winner to replace the existing one imo.

I've got one but the red and white colours around the outer edge are reversed (white at the top and red at the bottom) and no markings on the back. Can't remember how I came by it, probably belong to my Dad.
