Whitey Grandad Posted 22 August, 2013 Share Posted 22 August, 2013 Sounds like a song from The Lion Ling.
The9 Posted 22 August, 2013 Share Posted 22 August, 2013 Maybe they tried but couldn't get anywhere because they kept asking for 'Malumbo'! Quite.
Prince Jazzbo Posted 22 August, 2013 Share Posted 22 August, 2013 . Made me snort everytime he said it, almost Merson-esque. I'd avoid putting the words snort and Merson together
The9 Posted 22 August, 2013 Share Posted 22 August, 2013 One of the commentators on talkSport kept referring to 'Lakookoo' instead of Lakaku last night. Made me snort everytime he said it, almost Merson-esque. Or even Lukaku.
The9 Posted 22 August, 2013 Share Posted 22 August, 2013 Sounds like a song from The Lion Ling. They've already got one with "Arsene Wenger" right at the start. (00:00 - 00:04)
Window Cleaner Posted 22 August, 2013 Share Posted 22 August, 2013 (edited) Malumbo had a great game for WBA. Wanyama was undoubtedly the best player in the first half, but Malumbo was the best player on the park in the second half for me. Why Arsenal haven't come in for someone like him I will never know. I know they have Diaby, but he's always injured. thought he was a bit transparent myself, passing wasn't all that great and he wins little in the air. Not the sort of player Wenger would want. Wenger's shopping list goes something like this for midfielders 1-Schneiderlin great, experienced PL DM now and in theory not all that expensive 2-Illaramendi thought about 15 million would get the job done. 3 Gonalons but there are no cheapies at Lyon 4 Pogba... get outta here 5 Cabaye we'll see but PSG is more likely 6 Kondogbia.. might be available but he's green as flip and awfully undisciplined FFF world's number 6 factory .
