Anyone looking forward to first Fooball Fercus of the season? I love Football Fercus! It is pretty annoying to have to get up so early on Sat morning, and is a pretty terrible show but I like it cos is proper Traditions.

 

I hope Lawro is on! I love Lawro! Dan Walker is also v.likeable presenter!

 

Is it too early for drinking game? So far I have:

 

If Lawro says "Merment"

If anyone mentions Lambart used to work in Beetroot factory

If anyone is criticise the actions of Luis Suarez

If Garth Crooks says something dumb

If they have any ex-Arsenal defenders on

Preferred it in the good old days when Bob Wilson presented it, afterwards you could turn over to World of Sport and watch On The Ball, which then became Saint and Greavsie.

Yes, I remember those days, On The Ball presented by Brian Moore.

 

Saint & Greavsie was good for the first month, then it became self parodying, in the days when "football (was) is a funny old game"... They soon became too much like the two old duffers on the Muppet Show.
