Complained to FA that Man U are playing Man City, Liverpool and Chelsea in first 5 games!!

Firstly I wouldnt be too worried about playing Liverpool, they are certainly not a top 4 team. Secondly Saints played Man Utd, Man City and Arsenal in first 4 games last season, they didnt win any of those games but certainly against the 2 Manchester teams turned up and gave a very good account of themselves.

Quit moaning Moyes and get on with it

Did he really complain to the FA or just have a moan to the press?

Apparently so, from the BBC website :

The Premier League responded by saying: "We have absolutely assured him the process is random and above board. He has accepted those assurances."

A league spokesman also confirmed that Moyes had put his concerns to them directly.

He is just getting his excuses in early, for when after 4 games they are in the relegation zone and he is odd's on favourite to be the first manager sacked in September.

He will not be playing Rooney because "he doesn't like him" and they had not sold him to Chelsea. not that that would have made any difference to there position.

He got a six year deal so the payoff will be ok.

All IMHO but you heard it hear first.

It doesn't make sense,

So he doesn't want to play his main rivals when he has a fully fit squad, but instead would like to play them later in the season when he squad is likely to be affected by injuries and suspensions.

I'd imagine he's concerned because he'd want to play his strongest team against the big rivals and rest some of them against 'lesser' opposition. Having them one after the other means the rotation is tricky.

Tough titties, if you ask me - you have to play everyone twice and don't get to choose when.
