He has now been granted Belgian citizenship, and no longer needs a work permit We will have to be quick because Pardew and Arsene Wenger are interested in the Anderlect defender. The OP's post suggests we must have agreed terms with the player if we appealed regarding his work permit. I don't think anyone would disagree that the defence is STILL an area that needs addressing!
