itchen_dan Posted 3 August, 2013 Posted 3 August, 2013 Reading 1-0 down at home to Ipswich QPR 0-0 v S Wednesday but looking very good... Scratch that, 1-0 down.
trousers Posted 3 August, 2013 Posted 3 August, 2013 @solentsport: GOAL! #afcb 1-0 Charlton. Grabban (26) Pompey 1 up btw...
scotty Posted 3 August, 2013 Posted 3 August, 2013 prutton and antonio starting for wednesday With Prutton on, the ref better watch his step;) Noticed on 5 live, the commentator said Prutts hair had gone grey. Thats the curse of Saints, that is.
Saint-Armstrong Posted 3 August, 2013 Posted 3 August, 2013 Red card for Pompey. Now 3-1 down to Oxford.
Stu Man Do Posted 3 August, 2013 Posted 3 August, 2013 Pompey 4-1 down now. I 4 1 am happy with this bottom so far!
ottery st mary Posted 3 August, 2013 Posted 3 August, 2013 To be fair to Pompey......they are up against one of the bigger sides in that league... I can see some BIG aquisitions being brought in now.... Pompey sign Remy, Osvaldo , Astori , Huddlestone, The good old days in Cup Finals and European nights sponsored by HMRC and Childrens charities:D
Olallana Posted 3 August, 2013 Posted 3 August, 2013 Pompey DO need a bigger ground, those comedy shows they have are pure gold and will attract so much people to that ground...
Mystic Force Posted 3 August, 2013 Posted 3 August, 2013 European football to the bottom of the football league, thats so awesome.
Tony F Posted 3 August, 2013 Posted 3 August, 2013 Triffic work Oxford! Lovely Jubbly! There's a pretty impressive stat on BBC website about this match. Oxford apparently conceded ZERO fouls. Wonder how often sides do this; rarely I reckon
buctootim Posted 3 August, 2013 Posted 3 August, 2013 There's a pretty impressive stat on BBC website about this match. Oxford apparently conceded ZERO fouls. Wonder how often sides do this; rarely I reckon The other great stat is that there were only six shots on target - and they resulted in 5 goals. Top class goalkeeping!
Badger Posted 3 August, 2013 Posted 3 August, 2013 Just thought I'd share this local snippet from Glos. Rory Decrap scored the equaliser for Burton v Cheltenham today. Jug eared c^nt !
Super_Saint Posted 3 August, 2013 Posted 3 August, 2013 Mouth-watering league game between Eastleigh and Pompey next season. You heard it here first.
sfc1976 Posted 3 August, 2013 Posted 3 August, 2013 Pompey are now so utterly ridiculous on every level that my primary emotion is almost pity. Almost.
RobM Posted 3 August, 2013 Posted 3 August, 2013 Pompey are now so utterly ridiculous on every level that my primary emotion is almost pity. Almost. I'm still at laughter, humour and enjoyment. I don't see it changing any time soon
Restark19 Posted 3 August, 2013 Posted 3 August, 2013 Wins for Bompey Reading and QPR. Brighton lost as did Pompey (4-1, lol)
Saint_clark Posted 3 August, 2013 Posted 3 August, 2013 They are officially the worst team in professional football right now
mcbendy Posted 3 August, 2013 Posted 3 August, 2013 Working live stream http://www.crtvg.es/deportes/directo/canle/evento1
Charlie Wayman Posted 3 August, 2013 Posted 3 August, 2013 Super start for Nigel's Reading and fully deserved. Great if he comes straight back up, love to see him back at St Mary's next season.
VectisSaint Posted 3 August, 2013 Posted 3 August, 2013 Just thought I'd share this local snippet from Glos. Rory Decrap scored the equaliser for Burton v Cheltenham today. Jug eared c^nt ! Seems a trifle discourteous to our former record signing. Fair play to the bloke, still wants to play and is prepared to drop down 3 divisions to keep playing, not many have the bottle to go on at 37 for the fun of it effectively. Don't see he warrants being called a ****.
Dr Who? Posted 3 August, 2013 Posted 3 August, 2013 They are officially the worst team in professional football right now No the monkey hangers are.... Maybe after next weekend?
Professor Posted 4 August, 2013 Posted 4 August, 2013 The Lawrenson prediction that Pompy will win League 2 this season already looks a bit shaky after the 4-1 home defeat to Oxford. Could be nice though next season for Pompy to enjoy a local derby again, only this time with Salisbury City instead of the Saints. Come on The Whites.......
Professor Posted 4 August, 2013 Posted 4 August, 2013 With the League Tables being published after the first Football League games I see that Saints are still 14th in the Prem whilst Man U have dropped to 12th and Cardiff are up to 3rd!
