As part of the signing it is hoped that Louis will be able to appear in Rovers colours at some point this season in aid of Bluebell Wood and train with the lads. It's not without precedent. Fulchester Rovers signed both Shakin' Stevens and Mick Hucknall out of Simply Red at different times. Shaky had a particularly successful spell with Fulchester, as I recall.
