Had a look from Basingstoke and the cheapest option is about £50 return!?

Going up and back from London. Have had to book pretty early Sat morn to get a cheap fare going up and no cheap fares directly back to from Manc to London after the game, so we're getting a local train to Wigan and traveling back down from there.

 

£50 return from Basingstoke aint great, but its not that bad either.

Yeah, however I'll be staying with a mate in Altrincham, so I think I'll probably just make it more convenient and just drive up to his after work on Friday. Cheers for the heads up.

London Saints are having to come back via Sheffield to get a reasonable fare coming back, but have amanaged to get direct train up Ok
