Of course he will, if someone really is unsure try to see this picture in front of you.

Luke comes in to Corteses office.

-I want to leave, I have decided that I´ll be better off somewhere.

Now figure out what Cortese would say/do.....

I rest my case, your honour!

Despite the millions we spend this summer I'm pretty sure this will be our biggest summer signing, I'm soo excited about the future of this football club, for probably the first time ever I feel like we are progressing towards that elusive "next level" even after our FA cup final appearance and subsequent dip into Europe I didn't have the level of oppotimism I have now. If we add 2 more quailty players this summer and manage to maintain our squad till the start of the 2014/2015 having added another. 3-4 in next seasons summer window I'm convinced we'll be challenging the top 4

I'd image it would go something a long the lines of "Nope. I'm not paying you this week. Get out."

A millionaire by his 19th birthday. Is that right?

£25k x 53 = £1,325,000 - that would depend on his tax rate of course. Either way, if he's signed a 5 year contract he's set up for life anyway, even if he gets a career-ending injury in a few weeks' time.

And let's face it, £25k a week is only going to be his starting wage, if we start achieving things we'll need to give him plenty more than that to stay.

Yes, no probs, but that doesn't mean to say he will be here after the January transfer window. 25K tommorow, add another 15K that he would be offered come then?

5 year deal to be signed, no way will he leave in January.

Can only hope it wont be announced til the evening when they've trained and done all they need to do.

Here's hoping.

Seems strange they haven't announced it yet. i fully expected a 9.00 announcement this morning. Its not like his birthday has taken anyone by surprise is it ?

If Spurs struggle to keep hold of their very best when the big boys come calling, what hope have we got?

Yes it'll be very exciting to see just how good our current players become over the next few seasons, but if they all become as good as everyone is hoping, they won't all be playing in the same side.

I dont think he is going anywhere but its easy for the people to put two and two together and come up with five.

There are those on here sudenly believe he is not signing asit was done at 9am and then this appears on Sky

New Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini has hinted the club may be about to announce a new signing in the next 24 hours.

He's of legal drinking age and they're in a warm country. He'll sign the contract at 8pm, take the necessary press photos, and go out afterwards to get royally bladdered on the old sangria and margheritas.

One hopes. Leaving it until they get back to England would cause multiple suicides amongst Saints fans.
