And I bet a thread turns up from one of them!

 

Ironically, if I was being pedantic, I would say that you have answered your own question by starting this thread...

 

However, I see your point.....but Lowe would never give up enough of his salary to afford Keane anyway....

 

And..... Keane would probably be the first of Lowe's Managers to chin him...which indicates why we SHOULD GET HIM IN...if only for that entertainment value!! ;)

Not too sure why anybody hankering after Keanes services should be branded a wally to be honest. I'm pretty sure that the guy who suggested Sunderland go for him (untested) whilst they were lanquishing lower than we currently are in the championship was not branded as such. Seen more as a master stroke by most I would think.

 

That said, I wonder how many fans would forgive him the goading that he gave out on our last premiership day, I wonder.

bit of a pretend hard man,likes to sign sh1te players for stupid money and i cant forgive him for taunting the fans when manu sent us down............but he must have something about him to have achieved what he did with sunderland,so if push came to shove i wouldnt mind giving him a go.
