Bearsy Posted 19 June, 2013 Posted 19 June, 2013 what a shit hole! If i was in charge of allied forces i'd be like, nah let hitler keep normandy we'll concentrate on saving places which is more good like disneyworld + the virgin islands
Window Cleaner Posted 19 June, 2013 Posted 19 June, 2013 what a shit hole! If i was in charge of allied forces i'd be like, nah let hitler keep normandy we'll concentrate on saving places which is more good like disneyworld + the virgin islands and when you got there you'd find german towels on all of the sun loungers.
Lets B Avenue Posted 19 June, 2013 Posted 19 June, 2013 Bearsey! See what was on the same page http://life.time.com/curiosities/rosie-the-bear-portraits-of-a-furry-star-of-the-1940s-in-new-york/?iid=lf%7Crelated#1?
Viking Warrior Posted 19 June, 2013 Posted 19 June, 2013 If the HRA had been in place in the 1940's then we would not even have left the UK . Lawyers would beeven more richer than they are to day if we had sent our forces. The boys on DDay were not given Life jackets , thermals or wet suits. The ambulance chasing lawyers and the HSE would have had a field day with claims
