Saint Mikey Posted 24 June, 2013 Share Posted 24 June, 2013 I think everyone agrees that its better to earn the money before paying for things, but people can and do get into difficulty and its not always their fault. Its become harder and harder to save money due to tightening of wages and general lack of decently paid jobs. To be honest, the banks underwrite these loans and know exactly what they're doing, squeezing the most amount of money possible out of their customer base. It's all about balancing risk, which is how their business works. If you take out any form of credit and cannot repay it - that is your fault, fullstop. Doesn't matter if you have been struck down by a terminal illness - you have reneged on an agreement. It's quite simple really and there are so many people out there, looking to blame other people and don't want to take responsibility for their own decisions. saints_is_the_south Posted 24 June, 2013 Share Posted 24 June, 2013 Emailed Saints last week re Season Tickets being posted out, this was their response. Dear...., Season tickets are currently being sent out in batches and as there is a large volume of tickets being sent out, it may be staggered quite extensively. Tickets should arrive within 1-2 weeks and please contact us if they have not arrived by then. Kind regards Ticket Office Southampton FC

Crouchie's Lawyer Posted 24 June, 2013 Share Posted 24 June, 2013 Thanks for the tip for free credit check, just done it but it states that if I don't cancel the free 30 day trial then it will be charged monthly. Can I just cancel by email (I couldn't see from a quick check) or something more formal. Very interesting report although it was nothing I didn't expect. You can cancel by calling the number on their website
