correct

For 10 times what we sold him for IIRC

Okay, we have an Italian chairman, but name the players southampton have signed from Italian clubs and which clubs they were signed from. I believe it is five players including loans.

For this one... because it's naming more then one person to get it right, I will give the point to whoever completes the 'set' of five.

I shall start us off with:

Papa Waigo - Fiorentina

Gaston Ramirez - Bologna

Guly - Cesena

Those 3 are the easy ones :)

Papa Waigo

Gaston

Guly

Boruc - Fiorentina

I can't think of a 5th!!!

Not Boruc, he was a free agent so doesn't count.

I'll give you a clue, the other 2 were signed in the 80s, one by Lawrie and one by chris Nicholl.

Ooooooooooo,

CB Fry said the name first but Turkish stipulated player AND club. Sorry CB.....

Point goes to Chez. His move.

No worries. I knew it was Bari, but rules is rules. Can't think of a question anyway.

Which internationally capped academy graduate, currently playing in Red and White has managed to play for 7 different football league clubs despite having never featured in our first team?

Is it that Periplotkin nipper who couldn't play for us and then went Ireland?

Nope. Bare in mind I phrased the question very carefully.

I shall just revise it a little to make it even more explicit.

Paul Sheerin is my final answer. And I have googled him. But obviously had to think of Paul Sheerin first. So it counts, although it is a Maroon kit.

Internationally capped, but doesn't fit the other criteria.

I may throw a clue in at some point boyo.... Swear I left some daffodils somewhere....
