Problem with BBC Radio online

I am having difficulties listening to the BBC Radio online. I get the new window opening up and everything appears fine but nothing happens.

 

I can listen to other radio stations just fine, (Classic FM, Talk Sport and for a test, France Inter and NHK Tokyo) but cannot get the BBC and therefore no TMS cricket commentary.

 

But this is only a recent problem, I could get the BBC last week.

 

Any ideas as to why this would be and how to correct it?

Thank you for the suggestion. As it happens, the BBC radio window is now working again - it (or, more likely, my laptop) seems to have repaired itself.

 

I found another way around the problem. A website called tunein.com offers radio stations from just about everywhere, including BBC Radio 4 Long wave so the cricket commentary was available.
