Top 5 Moments of the Last 3 Seasons

Bored already but mine are:

 

1. Lambert's goal against City - so pleased for him finally making his mark, true legend of the modern era for Saints

2. 4 - 0 against Coventry - nervy to start then sheer joy and epic celebrations. What a day!

3. 3 - 1 against Man City - new style under new management and what a joy to watch, totally outplayed the then Champions for 90 minutes

4. 1 - 2 Brighton - the moment that we knew we were going up, ruining bitter old Brighton's home record. Class celebrations too

5. 2 - 3 Millwall - we were sh!t and nicked a late win. Was there and going mental.

 

There are so many others. Special mention to Leyton Orient away, 3-2 MK Dons result and seeing the likes of Chamberlain, Shaw and Ward-Prowse coming through.

I'd agree with most of those 5. Would throw in the comeback at Stamford Bridge though kind of over shadows league one comebacks in my opinion. Plus Puncheons goal ended up winning goal of the season.

Kelvins Heroics up at Elland Road in a 1-0 win near the end of our championship season is right up there for me.

 

Still kept it on my Sky planner, amazing defensive performance.

Hard to argue with those, although I think the win against Chelsea was more unexpected than V City for me. Millwall away would be number 3 for me as well, that was incredible.

 

Looking back at the NPC season, I can't actually remember the point where I started to think "Yeah, we could actually go up here". Ipswich away was a resounding win but still too early really.

5. Saints 2-1 Chelsea. The blues were sleeping ahead of other fixtures. But we did them, so satisfying. Champions Of Europe.... Yeah, good for you guys.

4. Saints 3-1 Walsall. It was a bit expected but to finish the job in style was superb.

3. Saints 4-1 Villa, We were back... and proved that we were not the worst in the division.

2. Saints 3-1 Man City, Sureal. Incredible, Wonderful.

1. Saints 4-0 Coventry. Pure elation. For me, at that point it felt as though we had achieved the impossible in back to back promotions. To finish of a season like that in such style, very un-Saintly.

The victory at home to MK Dons was one of those wake-up moments when all things became possible.

1. Man City 3-2, Davis's goal - totally surreal

2. Coventry 4-0 though I very sadly couldn't be there!

3. Liverpool 3-1, Rodriguez's goal. That's when I thought we'd be safe

4. Kelvin at Elland Road. Unreal

5. 2-1 Brighton

 

Honourable mention to the 4-4 against the Posh. Not quite the same elation but what a game!

Ipswich away. Just a perfect performance. Nipper took his gf to her first ever game, it was like watching MOD. We had a hard job explaining to her that not every game's like that.
