hutch Posted 28 May, 2013 Share Posted 28 May, 2013 I was just browsing over a sandwich at lunchtime, and came across this in the Sky Sports page on Wikipedia: Following the departures of Richard Keys and Andy Gray, who had fronted the coverage since the channel's debut in 1992, Ed Chamberlin has taken over presentation duties whilst Alan Smith has become the main co-commentator. Jamie Redknapp, Graeme Souness and Gary Neville are the regular pundits in the studio. While Souness and Neville have a powerful media presence and sound tactical insight, Redknapp has the charisma of a bin bag and the tactical nous of an amoeba. They were joined by former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher in 2013 following his retirement from professional football. Martin Tyler is the lead commentator, Rob Hawthorne and Alan Parry are the other main match commentators. I know anybody can edit Wikipedia, but it did make me smile. RonManager Posted 28 May, 2013 Share Posted 28 May, 2013 That's the sort of cheap analogy that gives amoebii a bad name.
The9 Posted 28 May, 2013 Share Posted 28 May, 2013 Must have been on there for a while now, WSC had it on their weekly Friday email a couple of months ago, they usually manage to find a bit of Wiki-vandalism to report on...
