When we started sending people to the other side of the world, it was supposed to be a punishment, they weren't supposed to end up being happier than us. Anyway, English-speaking former colonies and Nordic countries seem to be the best places to live. Anyone inspired to emigrate?

My Dad used to spend nearly all of his winters there after he retired. Mum hated it though, too hot and too much riff-raff
