Not sure that many on here would view Gazza as our most effective keeper.

 

suppose he would be when he played against QPR, Norwich, Newcastle etc. still manage to almost throw the ball in the net a few times

My name's Brett and I live in Camden, but I post things uncannily similar to what the Delldays posted. You do know that your old user name wasn't banned, don't you? Welcome back, there are many others equally addicted to this place and you shouldn't feel ashamed.

 

I prefer Boruc too. Not necessarily a better shot stopper (hence the stats), but, once he settled, his composure made the whole defence feel more settled, which is a very important part of the keeper's role and means they have fewer shots to stop..

I agree with the Cork one, had he been fit at the start I think we would have scraped a few draws in games we lost. And to be honest it doesn't take a genius to work out we are better with Shaw at left back than Fox playing, well wherever the mood takes him really :lol:
