Been trying to find out whether my daughter can obtain a duplicate ticket for game tomorrow for a fee as she has mislaid it. 0845 6889288 is the enquiry line and is apparently constantly unobtainable. Rang 01271 335708 also 0800 2800050 and 02381 780780. All of the operators said they could not give me any general advice and said i have to ring the 0845 6889288 number and didn't seem to believe me when i said it is constantly unavailable. Customer services has been poor at the club for a long time and frankly it is not good enough!!!!!

Only thing I can suggest is you go up to the TO either today or tomorrow morning.

there's an E-Mail address for the ticket office, they usually come through alright...

You could always try this young lady, always helped me in the past.

Your careless daughter doesn't deserve to go to the football if she can't even look after a ticket. Imagine if that ticket had been a small child or an elderly person she'd lost! Imagine if it had been the keys to the delorean after you'd gone back in time, you'd be stuck there now. Imagine if if you'd been given the job of running princess Diana's limo off the road and your daughter had lost your moped, what then? ;)

Ticket office..WILL..issue you with a duplicate..

Present yourself and daughter at ticket office window etc and £10 admin fee...

Window tax, they should brick it up. Should all be online by now and sent to your phone, then scanned at the turnstyle. The technology is there, and premier league clubs should be using it.

Strangely got through to enquiry line first time in the afternoon.its £5 for a duplicate ticket or free if original did not arrive. That is fair enough. My main gripe is that it seems unacceptable to be constantly told in a phone message that 'all operators are busy please try again later', Would it be so difficult for the club to install a waiting system?

They have a waiting system if you get past the "operators busy" message, or at least used to.

In fact it is £5 per duplicate ticket...

Left my two season tickets at home in Devon (daughter and myself)

Paid £10 for two duplicate tickets...about an hour before the game..

Was not impressed but there you go:rolleyes:

Dont lose your ticket then ?! If you lose your isle of wight festival ticket for instance you have to buy a new one, no duplicates

True, but still, it can pose problems, I wouldnt say a fiver is too much of a harshness considering you have lost said ticket

I did say I have no problem with the £5 charge, it is the enquiry line that I have an issue with and with regard to an earlier poster it IS impossible to get onto the waiting system if there is one.

This is fair comment. The current system just cuts you off when you get the message that all operators are busy. It stinks.

There's a web site set up by a guy who helps everyone get the options on these menu systems, we should try to get Saints ticket office added, can't find the link at the moment, have it at home.

Beats Nottingham Forest's response when I pitched up to our relegation match in the Championship noting that whilst both our match tickets had fallen out of my back pocket on the way to the ground, I knew exactly which seat numbers they were because all of our friends still had theirs and the numbers were missing two from the sequence. They said "you'll have to buy two more tickets for different seats at full price". Cost me another £70-ish and made somewhat worse by the fact that they ended up getting a load of players' shirts where they were !
