Barry Sanchez Posted 16 May, 2013 Posted 16 May, 2013 You didn't really think the Leibherr's after Markus Leibherr's death were here to continue his investment and philanthropy did you? The investment (key word) is as high as it has been so sell why the going is good, investment is needed for our team to improve, why would the current regime invest and speculate on that? Villa, Leicester, Liverpool etc etc have all tried to do that and failed, maybe the Leibherr's do know football.
Barry Sanchez Posted 16 May, 2013 Author Posted 16 May, 2013 Am I wrong? No I don't believe I am, the Champion's League spot and the Stadium's extension is now in the balance.................

How does the OP know that the Liebherrs are looking to sell? My mate phoned me last night, he was a bit bladdered though, he had been in the West End Brewery all afternoon and fancied a chippy dinner and low and behold its the Leibherr family trust standing in the queue in front of him! He gets talking to them and they say they are selling and they give him £10 million and buy him two battered sausages and a large portion of chips and everyone lives happily ever after.

Wes Tender Posted 16 May, 2013 Posted 16 May, 2013 Oh look! Another thread pointless thead by Barry which has already been covered amply by the other two threads. What's the matter Barry? Suffering from lack of attention syndrome?

Daren W Posted 16 May, 2013 Posted 16 May, 2013 This is already my favourite thread this week.. Just thought I'd say that before it gets closed down..
CanadaSaint Posted 16 May, 2013 Posted 16 May, 2013 Perhaps naively, I've been guided for all these years by the definition of a supporter: 1. A person who approves of and encourages someone or something (typically a public figure, a movement or party, or a policy). 2. A person who is actively interested in and wishes success for a particular sports team. Of course, I added the underlining. That floats my boat a lot better than this one: Sneer: A contemptuous or mocking smile, remark, or tone.
Big Bad Bob Posted 16 May, 2013 Posted 16 May, 2013 I believe that has been done. Superb idea yo! Thank you for your "getting it" Mr Rabbit

Saint Charlie Posted 18 May, 2013 Posted 18 May, 2013 This season has been a poor one for Barry personally, began his wumming with a decent start but has faded badly. Woeful. There are only two decent wums left now IMO: Glasgow and MLG.

Barry Sanchez Posted 18 May, 2013 Author Posted 18 May, 2013 Such foresight. What a moron. Proof is in the pudding, personally I have stated that I am pleased as we can now see how far we can go, expanded stadium, consistant European football, and top 7-4 finishes, I for one am very excited.
