This is the most promising / important point out of all of them. This indicates to me that we will see signings happening early on in the summer and we learnt from this pre season that we can't wait until the final few days as I feel we had a couple of signings lined up but didn't have the time to do them.

Hate to say it, but maybe there were complications...? Hope not obviously. So many factors could play a part.
