Which 3 of these 5 clubs do you want in the Premier League next year?

a. Any two of Wigan, Sunderland and Aston Villa.

b Plus any one of Watford, Brighton and Crystal Palace.

I'd rather like Wigan to stay up and wouldn't mind rekindling our rivalry with Brighton. Indifferent between Sunderland and Villa really.

I think Wigan are gone, so looking forward to facing Villa and Sunderland next year.

In a truly selfish mindset, I'd like to see Watford or Palace up, as they will be the weakest. For E.g - watford will lose 60% of their loan players, and they're unable to make any signings in the transfer window due to an embargo. Could be embarrassing for them if they do actually make it up.

Watford, Palace and Wigan. All three of them are weak and will go down. Also living in london these days means that Watford and Palace would be easy aways to make it too.

Personally got a feeling that if Brighton come up they'll do ok, the set up there now is looking pretty good and with the extra cash from TV i could see them pushing on and doing ok.

Watford - like the football they play and will be a good addition to the PL.

Wigan - they'll go down next season anyway.

Sunderland - they are just awful and are in decline ala Bolton and Wolves and will struggle next year.

Err...you can only have one of Watford and Palace.

If they have suddenly made it "4 up, 4 down" then maybe Saints aren't safe after all!

Didn't realise that with Watford. What a mess that could be haha.

Watford. Great away day, and they'll go down for sure.

Wigan, because they play better football than half the dross in the bottom half of the PL, but will probably be down there again, certainly with no Martinez.

Villa - I like what Lambert is doing there, building a young team and again play some decent stuff at times.

Sunderland down for me. Roma are my 2nd team, so it goes without saying that I absolutely despise Di Canio and I would love to see him go down, because he is Laziale and after all the media love in over his first 2 wins.

Would like to see Villa and Wigan stay up. Lambert has done well with a young team and recovered from awful early results. Wigan play decent football and have spirit. Sunderland is a dross town with a dross team and a manager I dislike with some intensity. Don't ever want to go there again.

Would be fun to see Brighton come up.

Anybody but Sunderland...complete dross

And their manager is a loon

don't worry, they'll be gone next season. Along with Hull and whoever wins the playoffs. Wouldn't mind seeing Udinese getting up. That game earlier was something unblievable

I want Sunderland to stay up so I can go there next season, and Wigan because they've got fewer resources than Villa.

In terms of the playoff winner, either Palace or Watford. Just not bloody Poyet's Brighton.

I hope Wigan stay up, a great away day (mainly due to the accomodation, but their fans really are quite friendly and humble, ignore the few stupid kids at the canal bridge.)

Villa is also convenient, but I would like to see them taken down a peg or two.

Sunderland will be shambolic next year....

On balance, keep the black cats up and allow Watford to join them... will allow an away day with the in-laws.

Brighton to go up.

I have a feeling it will be Watford v Palace though, as old holloway made a complete knob of himself slating Watford. So Watford to beat palace would be great!

Next season, I really want WBA to go down, and Adkins to return reading to the top flight.

I'd prefer it if Brighton stayed down. Their fans seem like a bunch of choppers. Plus with a 30K stadium now they're less likely to be relegation fodder.

Palace up ideally (but it won't happen); so Watford to beat Brighton in the playoffs.

Like your thinking, didn't realise that about Watford. If not them, Brighton would be amusing just to see if they revive their weird obsession with us like the league 1 days.

Sunderland to go down, truly dreadful place. The bottom half of the Prem looks like it will be even worse in terms of quality than this season whatever happens so really hope it isn't going to be an issue for us.

I like what Villa have been doing lately - their young players have finally gelled and they have good attacking talent. So Villa.

I like the way Wigan go about their football, and their never say die spirit they've shown in recent weeks too. So Wigan.

I like Palace in general, it's one of the few away grounds I've visited and they have overachieved this season. They'll also be the easiest of the play-off trio to beat next season! So Palace.

I care not for Sunderland really, I think they've woefully underachieved this season. Watford have used tons of loans all season, it's worked for them but I like teams to have a family of players of their own, not borrowed from abroad. And finally Brighton, whose fans and manager irk me. It'd be good to have a derby of sorts next season, but I prefer Palace.

None of this will happen though, bar Villa staying up. I think Brighton will go up, although them in the final with Watford would make for a good game anyway, and of course it's Wigan who we can see going down.

Yep.I have completely fallen out with WBA, they have done their best in the last three games to get us relegated. Then there was that debacle years ago at Fart..on Park

difficult to quantify....some teams have taken the Championship by storm (e.g.QPR did) two seasons ago, but then struggled and eventually have " lost it ".

Reading, on the other hand ....were almost unbeatable a year ago ...and look at them now. It depends what their squads looks like now, how much they can afford to spend and who they can buy in the summer.

Onr thing I do know is.... that to feel safe, they'll need TWO top class / international goalkeepers. Something, I wrote about us 18 months ago. (and even suggested to NA ).. and I wasn't so wrong that time.

On the strength of things now...I can't see Hull clearing it , and even less Palace, but Brighton might ..for a season. Cardiff also might survive .....after all Swansea did.

Of those who might beat the drop this time around....? Wigan may survive on the last day again, BUT Sunderland have looked very poor ...as have Newcastle (unless thay buy Carroll back)..and also Norwich.....and what are Fulham doing down there?

..whatever happens, we can only hope that....as for those 27 seasons... there will always be at least THREE teams worse than we are, and who will take the drop instead.

Would rather Sunderland went down, but they won't. Wigan will be gone, which is a shame as they're quite entertaining and a decent away day.

Watford or Palace to come up, I don't think I could stomach an increase in the Brighton smugathon, to be honest.

It's a dive.

Brighton, Wigan and Villa for me.

We owe Brighton after that joke defeat at the Amex last year, we dominated until El-Abd got Lambert sent off, Wigan as it will be a new ground for me and Villa as they are a decent club, Sunderland are just boring, such a long way to go as well.

It might be a dive, but I've always had a good crack when I've been there. Lets be honest most places are dumps, doesn't mean a decent away day can't be had out of them though. Coventry for example, is an absolute sh*thole but that was one of the best last season for me.
