Dan Posted 10 May, 2013 Posted 10 May, 2013 Interesting hearing about his time at Saints with Beatts. Always liked him when he was with us and it was a shame to see him go. Says on the video below, that despite playing for England the highlight of his career was playing for Saints the team he had always supported. If he is such a big Saints fan perhaps he should have considered doing a Craig Bellamy and returning to us when he could have helped us in the lower leagues. or am i being harsh.

From past HCDAJFU threads I thought we turned down Beattie when we were in L1 and Bridge when we were promoted to the championship.
