I'm currently studying for my A levels and I honestly don't know what my lift would be like if SWF wasn't there. There's only so much of chlorine radicals in the stratosphere you can take.

so SWF is stuck in a lift on it's way up to the stratosphere is that it ? Those CFC propellant gases have a lot to answer for.

In my day it was ammonium compounds which could be used as fertilisers being produced by thunderstorms, Born-Harber cycle or some crap like that. To each generation it's chemical problems.

I'm 48 and once every 6 months I still have the same vivid nightmare that its the beginning of the final term of my engineering degree and I suddenly realise that I haven't been to a lecture all year. Talked about scarred!

I suffer the self same thing once in a while. It was 20 years ago almost to the day that I was seeing fit to focus on beer, girls and sport rather than cramming for my pending business and politics finals. At the time I was pretty damned confident that my having not seen fit to attend a lecture in 18 months wouldn't effect my nailed on Desmond, but every now and then I wake up in a cold sweat unsure if I misjudged it.

Scary, but given my time again I'd still not drag myself out of bed for 0900 to listen to someone droning on about accountancy, change management or whatever it was.

Last year I just couldn't concentrate. My exams started in the first week of May, and the whole will we/won't we get promoted thing going on. I was just praying we didn't get in the playoffs as I wouldn't have been able to go!

Luckily I walked away with a desmond in Accountancy. Still, like Foxy, give me the option to listen to some old dear bang on about long term strategy at 9am or stay in bed with a hangover I know what I would choose over and over again!
