Sheaf Saint Posted 3 May, 2013 Posted 3 May, 2013 Just for a change, he's threatening to quit snooker... http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/snooker/22377103 I love the guy and think he's a brilliant entertainer. But FFS Ronnie, either p*ss or get off the pot. You keep threatening to quit, so if you're going to then do it, otherwise just shut up. If I was another of the players listening to this I would probably find it pretty insulting.

The reason why he does it is because he can, and he's probably amused by the reaction it gets. I don't think he's ever enjoyed playing the game but he happens to be one of the greatest ever players of it. I really hope he wins the title this year because it may motivate him to try and match Hendry's records in the next few years
Window Cleaner Posted 4 May, 2013 Posted 4 May, 2013 made Trump look like a beginner though. He'll be back at Sheffield next year, taking the p*ss as usual.
Batman Posted 4 May, 2013 Posted 4 May, 2013 anyone see his snooker cue gesture, it got him a warning
skintsaint Posted 4 May, 2013 Posted 4 May, 2013 anyone see his snooker cue gesture, it got him a warning what happened?
Batman Posted 4 May, 2013 Posted 4 May, 2013 what happened? held the cue between his legs and then gave it a rub, if you get me
JackFrost Posted 6 May, 2013 Posted 6 May, 2013 He just said "he's up and down like a whore's drawers" on his live BBC interview after winning his 5th world title
hypochondriac Posted 6 May, 2013 Posted 6 May, 2013 He just said "he's up and down like a whore's drawers" on his live BBC interview after winning his 5th world title Made me lol. He is a genius and snooker needs him. He just destroyed everyone and no one is on his level.

I hope he keeps playing, he could genuinely beat Hendry's record of 7 world titles.

One of his sessions against Bingham was the greatest I have ever seen.
bridge too far Posted 7 May, 2013 Posted 7 May, 2013 I was told that one reason he keeps quitting / not playing very much is because he is manic depressive. I don't know how true this is.

JackFrost Posted 7 May, 2013 Posted 7 May, 2013 I was told that one reason he keeps quitting / not playing very much is because he is manic depressive. I don't know how true this is. Yeah he's suffered from clinical depression for many years
