The last 7 or 8 games we have been crying out for a decent delivery, in the final third and particularly on set pieces. Sinclair might be an option but not sure he is much better than what we have

I don't think that is possible. These are not spoiled kids falling out for whom a quick banging of heads together would sort it out. These are smart, well advised people who have different opinions of how things should be.
