I'm wondering if I should consider one of mine stolen now. It was used by a book publisher in New York who said they couldn't pay. I told them it would cost them £20 to which they agreed. I sent them an invoice and they haven't paid. I did get a free copy of the book though. And someone bought me a copy for me birthday.
