Now that Spurs are out of. The Europa Cup the match is now back to the scheduled 3pm Saturday kick off or is it? Could TV hijack it?

TV games for that weekend have already been announced, so no, it won't be moved.

I think they have to give a minimum of a month or 6 weeks notice to televise a game, the only time that goes out of he window is last day of the season when everyone kicks off at the same time, plus not all kicking off at 3pm on a Saturday negates the ruling of not being able to show a live league game at that time.
