1. We need Billy Sharp, loaning him out was ludicrous and Rodriguez is no better.

 

2. Chaplow's bite will suit this league as teams don't like you being in their face.

 

3. Schneiderlin is a luxury midfielder who doesnt score, assist or defend and just passes sideways. (Those of this opinion don't post much anymore...we also dont need Richardson as a front sweeper)

 

4. Transfer policy in the summer was all wrong, we needed Marriappa, Guthrie and Matt Jarvis.

 

5. Les Reed is evil.

 

6. Cortese is worse and has no clue re football matters. As a promoted team the target can only be to stay up because thats what Talksport said.

 

7. Managers who can't speak the local language are pointless and won't be able to speak to the players at all.

 

8. We should model ourselves on Stoke.

 

9. Reading beat us to the title because they are just better than us.

 

10. Fox and Richardson would be adequate Prem fullbacks.

 

11. Lambert will struggle against top defences because he has no pace.

 

12. I would rather be in the Championship because the Prem is too commercial.

 

13. Signing Yoshida is just a marketing ploy, Upson was available and knows English football.

If you have a bad first ten games, even if they do include City & Arsenal away & Utd at home, you are DOOMED!

 

West Ham are miles better than us.

 

You need Prem Experience.

 

We should follow QPR's transfer policy.

 

The team isn't playing well under Pochettino.

 

We should adapt to long ball football instead of this ticky tacky b*ll*cks.

Nice to see these all in one place - hilarious that anyone ever pushed any of them really (I say that, trying to think of whether I ever openly agreed with any of them...!!)

 

Looking forward to a whole new set over the summer.

 

Would argue that number 7 was never really relevant for us - despite what he does in the media, I think MP has always been able to speak English well enough to talk to the players, while using the translator to keep the media at arms length

Morgan has signed a new contract merely to strengthen his position to manufacture a move in the summer.

 

In fairness, only one person has said this, but it is probably the single most laughable thing I have seen all season.

Lee is going to be a real star and a massive player for us this season. I've just got a feeling as he looked good against Derby last season.

In some ways this is true. I went to more games in the last two seasons than this season. Partly because of the JCL deciding that X prem team away is more appealing than Stockport away so not being able to get tickets and partly because it is hard to justify £40-£50 plus about the same in petrol to go to some grounds.

We have left it far too late to be competetive in the TW, and so we will be relegated

Adkins is fully in control of transfers and has a say in all of them

The rumours that Adkins and Cortese dont have a good relationship are utter bullsh*t made up by trolls. He will not be sacked.

Guly 's contract states that he must play at least 15 minutes of every game, although Turkish did admit he got that one wrong after Guly stayed on the bench for a whole match.

Every team in the premier league and champ is "bigger than us"

 

Our transfer policy is all wrong there's no squad depth, we should have signed more back up.

 

Players like Gaston Ramirez will never sign for us.

 

Protesting the sacking of Adkins was a brilliant idea if we all came out and booed constantly to tell the monster in charge who is boss.

 

Card season tickets are really over the top and we never needed them at all and its far too complex for the average football fan

 

The ticket office can competently implement a loyalty points system
