What you're suggesting is if we stay up this year we'll put plans in, but then if we go down next season we'll put a hault to all work? Either we need expansion to grow the club or we don't. Saint Garrett Posted 16 April, 2013 Share Posted 16 April, 2013 I love this arguement everytime we sell out a game! Makes me chuckle. Liklihood is we'll do things properly and when we're financially sound in the prem, we'll lok to extend. Don't think anyone doubts Cortese's ambition and the fact he has probably looked at plenty of different opportunities that might arise. However I personally think if our stadium was any bigger than 40k, we'd struggle to fill it. We'd have to be in Europe and tickets to be relatively cheap for us to sell out a 50k stadium every week.
